Manifesto
How we work, and what we'll tell you.
We work with leaders and teams who are changing how their business runs on AI, and we build the tools and products they need. These are big decisions, and most of the people we meet have already been quoted a lot of money for a long discovery phase and a slide deck. Here's what you can expect from us, and the lines we hold.

We'll tell you when you shouldn't do it.
Sometimes the product idea isn't strong enough yet. Sometimes the training you've asked for won't fix the problem your team has, or the timing is wrong. If that's what we find, you'll hear it from us early, with the evidence and our recommendation. If it means we don't do the work, you've kept your money.
We'd rather lose the engagement than sell you something that won't pay for itself.

We work on what changes the numbers.
On a build, we start with what a customer will pay for and work backwards. We put a version of the offer in front of real buyers before engineering starts, so you're building something the market has already asked for.
On a training engagement, we build every session around your team's own work: the emails they write, the reports they produce, the client questions that land every week and the decisions they're stuck on. We judge it by whether that work is faster and better by the following week.
Either way, you should be able to point to a commercial result.

You'll see it working every week.
Every week ends with something you can use. On a build, that's a working slice you can put in front of a customer or a colleague. On training, your team leaves day one with something they built and will use the next morning.
If a week ends with nothing to show, we'll tell you why and what we're changing.

A co-founder owns your work.
Elizabeth, Tania or Kailash is accountable for every engagement, from the first call to handover. As we grow, the people we hire will be people we'd trust with our own clients, and they'll work alongside us. You'll always know who to call.
We keep the team small on purpose, so the person who scoped your work is still close to it when it ships.
What we won't do
Five lines we hold.
- 01 No vendor kickbacks. No AI platform or software vendor pays us to recommend them. We recommend what we'd pick for our own business.
- 02 No lock-in. What we build is yours, on a stack your team can maintain or hand to another partner. What we teach, your team can run without us.
- 03 No three-month discovery. Within a fortnight you'll know whether the idea has legs or the team is ready. If we can't tell you by then, we're the wrong people.
- 04 No AI for its own sake. If plain code, a spreadsheet or a person does the job better, that's what we'll recommend.
- 05 No vanishing at handover. We stay after the launch or the last workshop until it's running properly and your team is confident owning it.
In short
You get a senior team that tells you what it finds and shows you working progress every week.
If we're not the right fit, you'll hear that early. If we are, you'll know exactly what you're getting and whose name is on it.
