How the day runs / 03
A working session, twelve people at most.
A facilitated, hands-on day from 10 am to 4 pm. You work on real workflows from your own business, and the group stays small so the discussion goes deep and the people around the table face problems like yours. There's no pre-work.

Do I need prior AI experience?
Yes, some. If you already use ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot in your day-to-day work, you're ready. The day is about the operating decisions that come next.
What is an agentic workflow?
A workflow where AI works with some autonomy: it runs multi-step tasks, makes structured decisions and produces outputs with little human input. The course covers how to design these workflows, hand work to them and govern them.
When and where is it?
Dates are still being set. It runs in person in Byron Bay, and virtually. When you book, we'll email you the date, the venue and the setup details.
What should I bring?
A laptop with a charged battery. A week before the session we'll email setup instructions, including which AI accounts to create.
Can I expense it?
Most people use a professional development or training budget. You get a tax invoice from Traction AI Studio with our ABN as soon as you book.
Do you run it for a whole leadership team?
Yes. We run private sessions for leadership teams at your office or online, and can invoice instead of card payment. Book a call and we'll set it up.
Can I cancel or transfer?
