Nobody watches a demo. Everyone has Copilot open on their own documents, meetings and mailbox, and practises between sessions so the second one builds on real use.
What Copilot is good at, where it falls down, and how to ask for what you want. Your team works through it live in Word, Excel and Teams on their own documents and meetings.
The session people ask for by name. Everyone sets up Copilot in Outlook on their own mailbox, so the routine is running before they leave.

Yes. We run both sessions at your Gold Coast office, or live over Teams. Teams split between the Gold Coast and Brisbane often do one session in person and one online.
If your business runs on Microsoft 365 and you pay for Copilot, yes: the inbox session alone is usually where people feel the time come back. For very small teams, one-to-one AI coaching can be the better fit, and we'll say so.
Microsoft Copilot training teaches people to use Copilot, Microsoft's AI assistant, inside the Microsoft 365 apps they already work in: Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams. Ours is two live 75-minute sessions where your team uses Copilot on their own inbox, documents and meetings, rather than watching a demo.
Yes. Microsoft Learn has free self-paced Copilot modules, and Microsoft runs free online events. They are a good way to learn the features. Our sessions are for teams who want the habits in place: we work live on your people's real email and files, answer questions as they come up, and plan around the licences you have.
Not to start. Copilot Chat works for anyone with a Microsoft 365 work account. Some features, like Copilot working across a whole mailbox, calendar and shared files, need the paid Microsoft 365 Copilot licence. We check what your team has before the first session and plan the content around it.
For work that lives in Microsoft 365, Copilot has the edge because it can work with your email, meetings and files. ChatGPT and Claude are often stronger for open-ended writing and analysis. We train teams on all three, and we'll tell you which fits the work.
Teams whose business runs on Microsoft 365 and who have Copilot switched on, or are about to, but aren't getting much out of it yet. It suits office, operations, sales, finance and leadership teams. No technical background needed.
